Please provide any speaker names, specialized terminology, reference materials, and formatting instructions that will help ensure your transcript
meets your requirements.

Transcripts can be prepared according to client-provided templates, attorney or court formatting specifications, and written style instructions. Please provide these requirements before transcription begins.
Verbatim transcription preserves the speaker’s words, including repetitions, false starts, and filler words as required by your project instructions. Speech is not rewritten or grammatically corrected.
Speaker labels identify who is speaking when the recording and reference information allow. Timestamps can be included at requested intervals or specific points to help you locate corresponding audio.
For dictation or other materials where a verbatim record is not required, clean-read transcription removes unnecessary verbal distractions while preserving meaning. This option is provided only when requested and appropriate for the intended use.

Every transcript is created by a human transcriptionist and carefully reviewed against the recording. Attention is given to legal terminology, speaker identification, punctuation, and your formatting instructions.

Every effort is made to understand difficult audio. When words cannot be understood reliably, the passage is marked with a timestamp rather than guessed, allowing you to locate and review it.

Your recordings, transcripts, and supporting materials are treated as confidential and used only to complete your project. If your matter requires a nondisclosure agreement or specific handling procedures, please discuss these requirements before submitting files.
Pricing depends on the recording length, audio quality, number of speakers, formatting requirements, and requested completion date. Contact Word Flow Scribe to discuss your project and receive a quote before work begins.
Turnaround is confirmed after reviewing your recording and project requirements. If you have a filing date or other deadline, please mention it when you inquire so availability can be checked.
Recording submission and transcript delivery can be arranged by email or Dropbox, depending on file size and your requirements. Please discuss any special confidentiality or file-transfer needs before sending materials.
